A 7,500 square feet bungalow, proper after a hectic junction in Pune, is home to an own family of 4. The head of the family desired the house to mirror his love for contemporary design, and so invited Suhani Lal Sanghera, the most important architect, Sparc Design, to offer form to his dream home. This bungalow in Magarpatta City is positioned on an oddly-shaped plot that faces a sculptural fountain at a crossroad. The consumer became worried about the format no longer being a conventional rectangular shape, and so the company started by way of orienting the plot to stand the fountain on the road. Adhering to his vision, Suhani Lal Sanghera, principal architect of SPARC DESIGN, included a sloping roof, water features, and plenty of mild and passive air flow into the design of the house. Here are the highlights of this contemporary domestic called The Exterior.
Hues of grey and white dominate the outdoors of this bungalow, and wooden frames may be visible around the doors, home windows,s, and the roof. The interiors, alternatively, have their very own awesome fashion. To utilise all the square footage, the complete plot along with its boundary walls was converted into the floor, and the landscape was designed in such a manner that it blurs the boundary between the exterior and the indoors. One of the excellent things about this domestic is the view of lush greenery from every window, and the main bedroom that appears at The Entrance. At the principal front, two triangular waterbodies—half outdoor, 1/2 in the residence—are framed in silver and reflect end tiling to help decorate the double-height access door. The glass window slits rest within the waterbodies. The focal point of the double-top front foyer is an acrylic tree sculpture, more suitable with angular-cut reflect detailing. The skylights above the entrance area create a thrilling play of light and shadow.
