According to 2018 Lightstone records, sixty-three percent of proprietors have been aged between 36-49 years, with 50 percent having been born into the estate throughout the period, making this the best age group of homeowners and shoppers into the property.
It also appeals to younger buyers who recorded almost forty percent of new buyers during the past 365 days (March 2018 – Feb 2019). Generally, first-time buyers aged 18-35 years with some buying sectional title residences.
