Convenience shops, retail centers, and facilities are all in the midst of construction initiatives.
The convenience shop wars are heating up once more in Ocala, with extra new construction and grand openings on faucets.
Construction on a new RaceTrac within the 3200 block of West Silver Springs Boulevard kicked off ultimate week as crews tore down a former ABC Fine Wine & Spirits place and will next tear down the former web page of Willoughby’s Produce close by to make way for the new store.
The Atlanta-based organization purchased 2.87 acres, which covered the ABC and Willoughby’s property in 2018. The shop will replicate one that these days opened on Northwest Blitchton Road (U.S. 27) at the southwest corner of the intersection with Northwest 35th Avenue Road.

The stores at the intersection of Abshier Boulevard and Hames Road (County Road 484) in Belleview and Maricamp Road at Southeast 24th Street will open in late summer.
