Bill says his keep complies with town codes.
“We’re licensed by the city of Philadelphia, and we pay our required taxes. I constantly pass all my inspections,” Bill said.
But Metropolis records show him wrong. His keep has failed multiple inspections and logged numerous open violations for operating without allows and breaking zoning regulations. The town is presently pursuing a criminal case against the owners of the assets, listed as Keita Fast and Owah Abraham Barley.
