Spring is the perfect season for gardening, with warmer soil for flora and an exquisite climate. To have a good time, the Placer County UC master gardeners are web hosting their fourth annual Garden Faire, inviting gardeners of every age and enjoyment to revel in all things flowers and fauna.
This free event on Saturday in Roseville can have an audio system and activities for children and adults, according to Placer County garden guru Jan Shellito. Speakers will cope with succulent propagation, local flowers, vegetable gardening, and more; crafts and sports could be had for kids of every age.
The Garden Faire even consists of animals, with statistics on bees, butterflies, and chickens, and a stay bat show from NorCal Bats (yes, you examine those proper – live bats).
