Mumbai: Tribeca, developers of Trump Towers in India, has fashioned a joint venture with Noida-based Logix Group to develop a mixed-use real estate assignment in Noida at an investment of approximately ₹250 crore.
About ₹one hundred-150 crore of the whole funding could be raised as debt from monetary institutions, stated Kalpesh Mehta, founding father of Tribeca.
Located in Noida’s Sector 32, the mixed-use actual property venture will include a shopping mall, places of work, and branded residences to be built over a 3-acre land parcel owned by way of Logix Group. This is the first of the various projects that each agency plans to broaden within the destiny, Mehta said.
As part of the agreement, Logix will retain to maintain the land while Tribeca will develop the actual property task over the subsequent three years.
“It became first of all planned for developing a lodge and residences. Since we came on board, we’ve changed the strategy a little bit. We added retail and office components in preference to lodge,” Mehta stated.

The office phase has a development capability of 1. Five lakh sq.Feet. The residential segment—comprising two hundred studios and 1 BHK condominiums—will unfold over 2 lakh sq. Feet. Each of those residences, sized at 800 sq. Toes and 1200 sq. Feet will be valued at ₹1: five crore and above.
