HYDERABAD: Food transport apps, entertainment apps on the cellphone, a,, nd of course, the air-conditioners appear to have spoilt us and taken all the fun out of going outdoors. Going inside the solar, sweating it out, struggling with the mosquitoes, and compromising on meals are what maximum out of doors hiking and tenting holidays are about. But Shrikant Wakharkar, General Manager of Marriott Hyderabad, stated he was ready to disprove that with the hotel chain’s idea of “The Great Outdoors” closing month. In line with this credo become Executive Chef Aungshuman Chakraborty and his crew placed together a gourmet consultation for the guests. The nighttime snacks had a lineup of burgers, pizzas, mains, and cakes. As the barman refilled the glasses, the crew set out for a trek after a briefing. Volunteers from the nearby journey club guided the guests while on the trek.
Although the trek to the hill was a clean one, town couch potatoes like us needed something to relieve our foot pain. Marriott thoughtfully ropes in spa therapists who supply us with a specific foot spa proper there. The outside has been lit up with rope lighting, and as the stay tune began, the guests started unwinding with food and drink. The song made the nighttime memorable, and the easy camaraderie made us all overlook where we had been.
